The ELVO Solar-UPS 12 volt uninterruptable power supply comprises of a fully integrated solar charging and battery management system (BMS).
The Solar UPS uses Lithium Ferric Phosphate (LiFePO4) cells. Making it much safer, and
Giving it a much longer charging cycle lifespan, at least 8,000 charge/discharge cycles before it reaches ½ storage remaining.
The battery will continue to provide output power in subzero temperatures with little loss of power down to -30ºC.
It is designed as a very easy Plug-n-Play installation.
The ELVO UPS is an integrated solar charger and battery with a Battery Management System (BMS).
A unique feature for a small battery of this size is that it will input solar power to heat the cells enabling charging below freezing.
This eliminates the risk of cell damage and a shortened lifespan. This makes it suitable for alpine or colder climates.
